Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

I Pay Plus Co., Ltd. strictly complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. This document summarizes our practices and your rights.

1. Principles

We collect and use data only as necessary for the stated purposes, transparently and fairly, obtaining consent where the law requires.

2. Consent and withdrawal

Before actions requiring consent (e.g. enrolling the device in MDM) we inform and obtain your consent. You may withdraw consent, which may affect some services.

3. Your rights under PDPA

Rights to access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase/destroy, restrict, object, port data, and withdraw consent.

The right to know the reason for a credit refusal and to appeal.

4. Data Protection Officer (DPO) and complaints

If unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
