Terms of Service

We provide installment purchase of Apple products (iPhone/iPad) using a single Thai ID card, plus down-payment savings, buy-and-buy-back (iPhone for cash), and trading an old device for a discount on a new one.

Approval, credit limit, down payment and installments are at the Company’s discretion based on credit assessment.

Applicants must be Thai nationals aged 20+ (students 18+ under conditions), hold a valid ID card, and meet the Company’s income/evidence requirements.

You must provide accurate and complete information. False information entitles the Company to refuse or terminate the contract.

The term is 10–12 installments (per conditions and occupation); you agree to pay on schedule under the hire-purchase contract.

Installment prices are fixed as quoted; no separate per-installment interest is charged.

The device is enrolled in Mobile Device Management (MDM via Apple Business Manager) and linked to the Company until fully paid, without involving your Apple ID or personal data.

On default, the Company may lock the device (Lost Mode) until arrears are cleared.

If overdue, the Company will contact you and may restrict the device per section 4. Continued default may lead to contract termination and recovery of the device / outstanding balance as permitted by law.

iPhone-for-cash is a purchase with buy-back, not a pawn; you keep using the device. Amounts depend on physical inspection at the branch.

Trade-in applies your old device’s value as a discount on the new device’s down payment; any excess is refunded in cash or reduces installments per Company policy.

The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, except as required by law.

The Company may update these terms from time to time by posting on the website. These terms are governed by Thai law.
